Some customers may experience intermittent slow performance in two areas: (a) processing updated billing and inventory data; and (b) when running certain reports within the web application.
The cause of this has been identified as unexpected system load. Our engineers are working to resolve this performance issue as a top priority, and we expect the system to operate normally soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
